I. Warranty Coverage

1. Eligible Products:
   Wooden sports equipment manufactured and sold by Ibex Sports Equipment (Ganzhou) Co., Ltd. (“Company”), including but not limited to:
   • Canoe/Kayak Paddles
   • Pilates Reformers
   • Slackline Balance Boards
   • Other wooden sports equipment
2. Coverage Conditions:
   • Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
   • Excludes:
     • Surface finishes (paint, coatings, custom logos) damaged by wear, environmental factors, or non-manufacturing issues.
     • Wear-and-tear accessories (rubber grips, pads, elastic cords) designed as replaceable components.

II. Warranty Period

• Mainland China Customers:
  1 year from delivery date (based on courier proof).
  Without proof: Starts 5 calendar days after shipment.
• International Customers (Including Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan & Overseas):
  1 year from delivery date (based on courier proof).
  Without proof: Starts 10 calendar days after shipment.

III. Warranty Claim Process

1. Claim Submission:
   Contact Customer Service (phone/email/online) with:
   • Proof of purchase
   • Product model
   • Description of defect
   • Shipping details
2. Product Return:
   • Customer Responsibilities:
     • Ship product to:

     • Use SF Express with prepaid shipping only (no collect shipments accepted).
   • Inspection:
     Company will assess eligibility within 7 business days of receipt.
3. Resolution:
   • Covered Defects: Free repair/replacement + return shipping.
   • Not Covered:
     • Fee-based repair quote provided.
     • Customer chooses: Pay for repair or pay return shipping for product.
     • Irreparable items returned at customer’s shipping expense.

IV. Warranty Exclusions

No coverage for:

1. User-inflicted damage (impact, improper storage, overload).
2. Failure to follow product manuals.
3. Force majeure (natural disasters, fire, flood).
4. Products bought via unauthorized channels.

V. Additional Terms

1. Applies only to products sold by Ibex Sports or authorized resellers.
2. Does not cover normal wear and tear.
3. Final interpretation rights reserved by Ibex Sports Equipment.
