Dear Customer,
Thank you for choosing our Slackline Balance Board! To ensure your product stays in top condition for years to come, please follow these care and cleaning instructions.
About Materials & Features
- Board Body: Made from premium imported hard maple, molded using heat-press technology. Features high density and low moisture content. Natural maple absorbs moisture easily; excess water exposure may cause swelling, cracking, or warping.
- Slackline: Features a durable, slip-resistant nylon-like textured surface. Designed to be removable for separate cleaning. Avoid machine washing or prolonged soaking.

Cleaning Instructions
1. Cleaning the Board Body
Daily Cleaning:
- Wipe the surface with a dry soft cloth or a slightly damp cloth (wring it out thoroughly until no water drips).
- Dry immediately with a clean towel and air-dry in a well-ventilated area.
Stubborn Stains:
- Apply a small amount of wood-specific cleaner or a diluted neutral cleaner (1:10 ratio) to a cloth first.
- Gently wipe the surface.
- ⚠️ Never spray liquid directly onto the board.
2. Cleaning the Slackline
Removing the Slackline:
- Fully detach the slackline from the board before cleaning.
Hand Washing Only:
- Use cold water and a small amount of mild detergent.
- Gently hand wash—do not scrub aggressively or use stiff brushes (to protect the textured surface).
- ⚠️ Never use:
- Washing machines
- Bleach
- Hot water (may cause fading or deformation).
Drying & Reassembly:
- Blot excess water with a dry towel.
- Air-dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area (avoid direct sunlight).
- Reattach the slackline ONLY when completely dry.
Important Warnings
- ⚠️ NEVER submerge, rinse, or expose the board body to excess water. This may cause maple wood to swell/crack and void the warranty.
- If the board gets wet accidentally, dry it immediately and air-dry thoroughly.
- ⚠️ Never clean the board with water while the slackline is attached—moisture may seep into the wood or slackline seams.
- Damage caused by improper cleaning (e.g., machine washing, reassembling while wet) is considered user-inflicted and not covered by warranty.
Maintenance Tips
- Maple Board Care:
- Periodically apply a thin coat of wood conditioner (e.g., beeswax) to boost moisture resistance and shine.
- Slackline Care:
- Wipe sweat/dirt after use with a dry cloth to prevent buildup.
- Store slacklines flat—avoid sharp bends or heavy weight on top.
- Storage:
- Keep in a cool, dry place away from humidity, heat, or direct sunlight.
